"Nice bags, just wish more colors were available"
I’ve had a good experience with the site overall, and the bags themselves look really nice. The only downside was that several of the colors I was interested in were sold out. I checked back a few times hoping they’d be restocked, but they still weren’t available. Not a huge issue, but it was a little frustrating to see options listed that I couldn’t actually buy...

"Slow support. Not great."
Had an issue with my order and reached out. Took forever to get a reply. Then when they finally answered, it didn’t really solve anything. Frustrating. Especially for a bag this expensive.

"Perfect travel bag tbh"
I grabbed this MZ Wallace bag right before a trip and omg, it made traveling so much easier. It’s super light, fits under the plane seat, and has enough pockets that I wasn’t constantly digging for my passport, charger, etc. It got tossed around a bit and still looked really nice after. Def happy I bought it.

The bags are clean-looking and cute. I do like the colors, and they have a nice polished vibe. That said, for the price, some of the designs feel a little too plain for me. I’ve been using my MZ Wallace bag pretty much every day, and it’s held up really well. The fabric still looks good, and when it got rained on, the water wiped off easily. It’s light, sturdy, and so far I haven’t noticed any weird wear or issues.

I liked it at first, but the corners started wearing out quickly. It’s one of those things where you notice a little bit of damage and then it just gets worse from there. Kind of disappointing.

I ordered from MZ Wallace i’m annoyed with how careless the packaging was. The bag looked like it had just been shoved into the box with barely any effort, and when I opened it, the whole thing felt messy and cheap. For what they charge, that’s on them, they should know better. Nothing was damaged, thankfully, but the presentation really took away from the experience. Not the first impression I expected at all.

"Easy Exchange and Helpful Support"
I had to exchange a bag because I accidentally picked the wrong size, and the whole process was easy. Getting the return label was simple, and the replacement showed up faster than I expected. The only small downside was that the tracking updates were a little slow, but support got back to me and helped out. Overall, really good experience.

"Really Light and Easy on My Shoulder"
I’ve been using this for a bit now, and the thing I noticed right away is how super light it feels. I was kind of expecting it to pull on my shoulder or get annoying after carrying it around for a while, but it really doesn’t. Even when I have it on longer than planned, it stays comfortable and doesn’t dig in or make my shoulder sore, which is a huge plus for me

I’ve been using this bag for work and it holds everything. My laptop fits in there with no problem, and I can still throw in my gym clothes, shoes, and random stuff I need for the day. It doesn’t feel like I’m constantly forcing things in either, which is nice. Anyway, it works.

"Nice-looking bag, but it wore out too fast"
I really wanted to love my MZ Wallace bag because it looked great when I first got it. It felt stylish and easy to use, but after just a few weeks I noticed the stitching near the strap starting to loosen, and the fabric was already looking more worn than I expected.

I reached out to support and they were polite, basically saying something like “we’re sorry to hear that” and “normal wear can vary,” but it didn’t really change how I felt. For the price, I expected it to hold up better. I can still use it, but I’m disappointed and probably wouldn’t buy another one.
